By using linkperch ("the Service") you agree to these terms. linkperch lets you create a public profile page linking to your content.
You're responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your account secure. Don't use linkperch for anything illegal, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights.
You own your content. You grant us the limited right to host and display it so the Service can function. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can export all your data as JSON at any time. We commit to giving notice before any service discontinuation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
